I thought I could never workout as hard again due injuries I had earlier in life, but they’ve help me modify and start the journey being healthy holistically! This box rocks!!!!!

(March 7, 2016, 5:40 pm)Great box, great Crossfit community, just the way it should be! My wife and I stopped in to do 16.2 during our vacation. The owner, Keoni Subiono, was super welcoming and accomodating. In fact, the box members themselves cheered us on while we did our 16.2. This is our 3rd trip to Oahu, wished we found them sooner. We still have a few days here, so I'll be going back tomorrow and hopefully get one more WOD in after that.
