I lived at the 176 Presidents Lane building for 5 years and could not have asked for a more responsive landlord. The location right in Quincy Center can't be beat and I felt the rent was very fair for the area. I dealt mainly with Paul for what few maintenance issues we had over the years and he always got things resolved ASAP without any of the runaround or BS that you hear about in a lot of Boston-area apartment buildings.

For example:

I distinctly remember one time having a plumbing issue on a Sunday; I called and left a message with the answering service around 7 am. I was not expecting to hear anything until the next day, but by 8 maintenance was knocking on my door and by 9 the problem was fixed. How often do you hear about stuff like that? All of the building/maintenance staff were lovely to deal with, particularly the cleaning lady, whose name unfortunately escapes me right now, but she is SO incredibly nice and friendly.

Anyway, bottom line is, if you're a good, honest tenant who follows the rules of your lease and keeps the lines of communication with management open, you'll have a great experience with Heritage.
