Very friendly, the lady Melissa who helped us was very polite and friendly. Went in with a general idea for a phone to buy. She helped us find one to fit our needs. They have a nice selection of mid range phones, after we selected our phone we were setup in no time. She even helped us put screen protectors on our phones even the one we didn't buy here. Would definitely recommend and will come back when we need a new phone.
