White glove treatment from start to finish. I transferred my homeowners policy and was so impressed with the customer service, I asked for a quote for my auto as well. Randy reviewed all of my insurance coverage including my umbrella policy from work and personally walked me through my options on my auto policy. End result, I'm saving close to 4K a year. Even if it had only been a few dollars, he still would have had my business. Randy went way out of his way to keep me informed and was highly communicative via email and on the phone. Recommending him to everyone I know.

Update: When my home policy premium was about to jump almost three times, they found me one much more reasonably priced. Appreciate their diligence in reducing my costs.

Swafford Insurance Group is amazing. They are hands down the best! They are always professional, attentive and go the extra mile to find good quality insurance policies at affordable prices. My most recent experience was that I referred my mother-in-law to give Cortez Perry a call so that he could help her find a more affordable policy. I emailed him the night before to let him know she would be contacting him. The next day my mother-in-law called to let me know how happy she was with her new policy. Cortez has also helped me and my adult children with insurance for our home, apartment and cars. I appreciate the excellent customer service he has given and quality policies he has found for us throughout the years.

Sometimes you just have a bad hire I guess. I originally rated this company a 1 star after issues over several renewals of my home policy and due to issues with car insurance not getting paid and getting hit with a laps in coverage.

The person I always dealt with is no longer there and the service I’ve received, specifically from Hannah, is nothing short of exemplary. She is a pleasure to speak with and really puts in the work to help get the best coverage at the best price for home insurance. If not for my loyalty discounts with Farmers insurance, I would probably move my auto also so I just deal with Hannah for all of it.
