Spectrum Designer Rugs

Ray came to my home to try 2 different rugs out. I was not 100 % sure which one I wanted. He helped me move my furniture around and place the rug underneath. It was no small job! That is true customer service! The rug is also, outstanding. It is my favorite one in my entire home. Thanks Ray!

There is something for every budget and style preference but most significant is the quality and variety of rugs in stock. I encourage anyone visiting to carefully go through the inventory and you will likely find what you are looking for. Many are one of a kind rugs. I am very happy to have found Spectrum Designer Rugs and Ray was great to work with.

Good selection at great prices on hand crafted rugs. Ray is great and very knowledgeable. Definitely customer service driven. We had an issue with one of the rugs we purchased and without hesitation it was corrected until we were satisfied. We will continue to shop at Spectrum Rugs without a doubt.

I BROUGHT IN A RUG TO BE CLEANED AND WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULT, I ENDED UP BRINGING MY OTHER 6 RUGS TO BE CLEANED, AND 4 OTHER RUGS TO BE REPAIRED. I ENJOY COLLECTING RUGS AND I HAVE THEM DISPLAYED ALL OVER MY HOUSE. RAY, WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. HE GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE AND I WILL CONTINUE TOM USE HIS SERVICES.
