The guys there are dope as heck! I had asked if the manager Steve if I could watch them do my oil change (to become familiar with the components of my car) and they had no problem. All I had to do was stand behind a line and they were more than happy to even show me the important parts of the car. The staff were really kind and I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was great. I was looking to get an oil change, alignment and tune up done since it's been a while. I actually went to a different location up the street initially, because I didn't think jiffy lube provided tune ups. Thankfully, the other place wasn't accepting new clients for the day. So I thought, I'll just have my oil change done at my usual place for now. When I arrived I asked if they did alignments and they said not at this location but they referred me to their other location in Sierra lakes. They were nice enough to take my car in for an oil change unlike the place I previously tried. They also mentioned they did tune ups, so I was really happy I was able to get that done also. They asked if I had any discounts and I said I was hoping they could give me one, and he said yes, we take care of our returning customers. I didn't get that gentleman's name, but he was a little older and made me feel good when he offered the discount.
When my service was done, James was very nice and personable at checkout making sure I had good service and welcoming me to return again when needed. I'm happy to be a returning customer for years now and will continue to be, especially because of the warm way James made me feel during my short transaction. Thank you Jiffy lube team!
