This place is amazing! The leasing office ladies are great! The maintenance requests are done in a very timely manner. Great location, right off the 60. Best apartment living I've ever experienced! I highly recommend!

Me and my husband moved from Alaska about one month ago. Great community and good apartments. Leasing team was excellent, Erik was always helpful and professional. The maintenance was fast when we needed, Ray is very kind and professional. BUT the cleaning conditions of the apartment prior our move-in should be way better than what we got. Make sure to check everything in the apartment and mark the problems in the move-in form. Overall a good place to live.

I don't live here, a family member does. The grounds are nice and clean and the apartments are nicely finished. My family member is pleased with the communication of the office and maintenance people when they've needed them. The cost of rent, however, is a bit ridiculous, but that is, unfortunately, how it is for anything you rent.

I literally CANNOT say enough good things about this place. This is the BEST property management I've ever had. I was originally renting a house before this, and you would think renting from a private owner would be a dream but it was far from it. The office has treated me with nothing but respect from the moment I put in my application.They are so personable, and they're always coming up with mini events for us residents. From food trucks, to doughnuts in the office. Yesterday evening I put in a work order that my AC wasn't working properly, i got a call basically 9am sharp telling me they received my work order, and wanted to send someone over immediately to get this resolved. I just got home from work and my AC is running perfectly again. I LOVE it here! Thank you guys for being the best🖤

Awesome everyone down to earth no hassle no pressure your free to browse and make your own decisions and they'll answer any and every question you may have and are knowledgeable about motorcycles the website is spot on as far as prices and the bikes are even better looking in person so if able I recommend for you to go by there..
