Wonderful staff. Lived here for 3 years and had the opportunity to meet new manager she was very professional and welcoming. Look forward to another year and new management that will be in place .

What an amazing gem in Smyrna. Gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, and WOW, what a clubhouse!

Visited with a family member and was very impressed with how nice and clean the apartments and grounds were kept. Hope to visit my family again soon and maybe swim in the nice pool.

I toured Copperfield a little while ago. Everyone in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartments were gorgeous and property was well kept. However, my family and I decided to move back to Ohio. That is the ONLY reason I didn’t move in. I would’ve loved to.

Tammy at Copperfield has always been someone that is easy to talk to, and always willing to go above and beyond for her staff, residents, and suppliers. I have been working with her for about a year and a half now, and she has been great. She communicates very clearly, and is always understanding if we are unable to meet her needs. I would definitely recommend Copperfield Apartments to anyone looking for an amazing community, and superior customer service. High 5 Residential as a whole is a wonderful management company.
