Mr. Robert Baptiste was a savior. He was able to help me get insurance so much lower than I've been in years. I appreciate is patience with me and his concern of making sure I get the best. He took time to explain to me the do's and don't's of getting unnecessary things not needed on my insurance policy. A lot of agents try to convince you to get things really not necessary. Mr. Baptiste, made me feel relieved that I was making the right choices and that along made me trust him to be my insurance agent.

I can't say enough about Bobby! Every time I call he answers the phone. He sits and talks through things with me and always takes the time to find the best deals for our home, auto, and business insurances. He gets to know his customers on a personal level and goes above and beyond to let us know we are important and matter to him!

Bobby provides absolutely amazing service!!! Anytime I have had a question or concern even if it has been after his regular business hours he always been available to provide sound advice. All of my insurance needs are handled by Farmers and I am happy to have all of my insurance needs in one place. I recently added my auto policy and saved well over $100.00 a month.
