Pelican Pest Control

The guy kept insisting there were no wasps that he could find. I sent him back several times to look in other bushes near the one my mower told me about. I finally started looking in the bushes myself and got stung right away 7 different stings.
He did find the nest pretty quickly after that and said he killed them all. I certainly hope so. I'm not going back to hunt in those bushes again for fear of stings. I also hope my mower doesn't get stung again.
He's out of town for a week. I'll let you know if there are any other instances.

We asked Brett to do a termite inspection/ treatment and treatment for insects at our home in New Orleans. He came out quickly, was really knowledgeable and professional and gave us a deal that was more than fair . He and his team also had to make several trips back to our home (patience). I had a AAA+ experience with Pelican Pest Control. Brett the owner came to my house to do a termite inspection and I was very impressed with the great job that he did. He did an excellent job inspecting my attics and property, walked every room in my house, looked at the windows, ceilings, and took the time to answer all of my questions and was sensitive to my concerns. This owner really cares about delivering quality and professional service. I have dealt with several pest companies and this team really stands out. I’m a tough customer because I am usually super informed and I expect excellence. This was excellent service.

We have recently switched to Pelican and could not be happier that we did! Upon moving into our new house in November 2019, we were automatically signed up with another popular pest control company in this area. The service was fine at the beginning but began to rapidly decline as our services continued. We recently had a sugar ant infestation in our kitchen and this other company came out three times and were not able to eradicate the problem...another company came to our door and used sales tactic after tactic that eventually led to us having a contract with all sorts of services that we didn’t even need or want. Lastly and thankfully, we found Pelican Pest Control 🎉 Brett was incredibly helpful, prompt in our communication, and straight forward. His focus on providing us with the information that we needed as opposed to trying to just sell us into everything that was available was a main reason that we chose Pelican. Logan came out and spent a full 45 minutes listening to our pest issues and applying a multitude of pest control methods that FINALLY eradicated our sugar ant infestation! We are relieved and thrilled to have found a pest control company that we trust and highly recommend Pelican Pest Control to anyone in the Greater Baton Rouge Area!!!

Brett, the owner, has even come to my house a few times to treat it. I have termite bait stations which were affordable and they treat the house for rodents and cockroaches. I just called the company again on Friday regarding hornets and Brett will be coming out personally.

Since I live out in the country, this is a necessity.
