I LOVE METABOLIC!!! I’m 70 years young and have fought my weight for years.....like a lot of folks, I know how I’m supposed to eat—I just don’t always do it. Metabolic got me back on track, helped me monitor my water and eating habits and succeed in losing the weight I wanted to lose.
