Columbus Metropolitan Library: Hilliard Branch

I've read some of the other reviews folks have written and I couldn't agree more with their thoughts. What a blessing to have this great facility so near at hand. Being a part of Homework Helpers is rewarding (Drew is awesome!) I will continue to offer my time and resources to help with this institution's needs. I also find it amazing that you can check out any number of print articles; honestly, this feels like I'm a king, and I'm just an ordinary Dublin/Columbus resident! The workers make you feel so welcome the minute I step in; this one gesture is enough to make my day.

I had 2 make copies of few things.
Being a senior citizen can b a little intimidating. I was very lucky very kind man at front desk,Mark,was willing 2 help me.
I can't thank him enough 4 helping me. Save me alot of time and frustration.
Really nice new library,nice 2 c people are still reading WOOHOO.Refreshing NO cellphones in sight. Will visit the library again

The Hilliard public library branch is an intellectual treasure and truly a new gym in the Columbus Ohio area.

This place is new clean very modern very customer friendly and the staff is incredibly helpful and courteous.

Features that one will really like is the four reserve parking spots for curbside pick up. With this very easily accessible program you pull into the reserve spot call the library let them know you’re there to pick up your reserved article or book and they will bring it out to you.

This feature was intended for public health but I could see how it would be incredibly beneficial for anybody with any kind of disability or she really likes convenience.

By all means consider this place a thumbs up it’s awesome and you will love it.

This is my favorite library! Every visit is always pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that this location is more self serve. You can check out your own books. This is the first library I’ve ever been to that’s like that. I don’t have any children, but I have seen that they have a lot of things for kids to do their. I also came to print off some documents and I saw that you can receive up to 25 pages for free.

I love this location. The staff is very helpful the manager is especially helpful and friendly.
