The Women's Defense Company

I recommend women of ALL ages take one or more self defense classes. I’m 62, and just finished the 4 series women’s warrior class. I learned valuable skills to defend myself which turned fear into knowledge, and victim hood into empowerment. Chris and his team take the time to answer all questions and concerns, and I would definitely take more refresher courses in the future!

My teenage daughters and I just finished our final class of the four series warrior self defense classes. The classes were amazing! The information is very valuable, practical and empowering. The instructors are supportive, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. Don’t wait to set up a time to learn skills to protect yourself.

We had such a great class last night with Chris and the girls! Brought my daughter and her best friend to learn some defense tactics before leaving for college. I learned a lot as well! They made it fun while being informative. Everyone should do this!

We had an excellent experience learning defensive skills with Chris and Trisha at the Women's Defense Company. Made my daughter and I feel empowered and more confident about various techniques to use to defend ourselves if necessary. They are both excellent instructors. I purchased this class mainly for my daughter who is heading off to college, she enjoyed the class and used some of the techniques on her dad. Definitely glad we had the opportunity to do this. You guys were awesome!!

Chris and his team are invaluable. They are truly caring and looking out for you and how you feel. I deeply appreciate the patience and safe space that Chris provides.
Because of these sessions, I feel more confident to be out on my own. Although it can be overwhelming at times, especially for those who have had a rough time in the past, they make sure you’re okay and comfortable through out the class.
This is a great class to learn more about yourself and how to handle scary situations.
I plan to go back for refreshers!
