I frequently visit this FedEx location.... almost daily it seems. The staff is always helpful, courteous & kind. However Ashley goes even above and beyond even that! Always a smile on her face that you can see even through the mask! Hard to find help in general let alone someone who can always make your customers feel welcomed & appreciated. She’s a keeper & personally I’d give her a raise if I could!!!

The FedEx Office on Baldwin has been my "go to place" as I printed numerous things for my daughter's graduation from college. After a small snafu with my flash drive, both Jim and Ashley were wonderful and helped me immensely to produce a product I was happy with. Ashley was also especially helpful, friendly and super efficient when trying to get my mailing out in a timely manner. She jumped right in and used a special tool that shortened the time it took me to complete my mailing. Thank you!

Maureen is the bomb! She took my hair to the level that I've always wanted! She is also just a joy to be around!

My word, this lady is SKILLED! I have a ton of curly hair and have had so many bad experiences with hairdressers over the course of my life. I watched Maureen cut my friend’s thick, unruly, curly hair and was amazed at her ability to completely take the hopes/preferences of the client and completely make it happen with ease. I was sold and immediately took a seat and let her cut mine. I am a low maintenance girl and all I have to do is scrunch it and let it air dry and it looks great every time! I have never had a better cut or enjoyed my hair more! I will never go anywhere else. To top off Maureen’s abilities, she is as sweet as she can be and made sure I was completely comfortable and happy.
