The coaches are well knowledgeable and takes care of each individual and scale the work outs according to their levels . Lots of instruction and focus on form over weight/volume. Such a great place to get a great workout! The community aspect is phenomenal and they are motivating! They correct your form and push you!

Of all the gyms I've ever been to, this has by far been my favorite! If you're looking for a gym with an encouraging community and coaches that will work one on one with you, I really recommend you check Strive out! They have free form classes available, if you ever need help with certain movements and really take the time to get to know you and your goals to help you achieve them. I have personally had back problems in the past due to weak core muscles, but since I've started coming here I haven't had the chronic lower back pains. Anytime I've had a concern on my form, they've provided great feedback and guidance to make sure I remain injury free. Whether you're looking for strength or cardio intensive workouts, they have a great mix of the two and if you don't have a full hour to workout they also offer 30 minute burst classes (just recently went to one and it was more than enough time to really break a sweat). This gym also is partnered with a nutrition coach, who has really helped me gain significantly healthier eating habits that have made a huge difference in my workout performance and my day to day energy levels. Highly recommend you check this gym out!

I would trust all of the coaches any day to teach me CrossFit, strength, or just get moving. They are extremely professional and attentive to ensure you do not incur any injuries. I have permanent injuries and cannot do certain movements. They will help you modify the workout, and still make you feel the burn. The gym members are extremely kind and welcoming. I cannot sing enough praises about the staff, gym members, and the facility (everything is very organized and clean).

I’ve been working out at Strive Athletics for 3 months now. I love this gym. The coaches take time to train properly and correct form. I really appreciate the feedback from them. The members are very welcoming. They also offer a variety of classes throughout the day. 10/10 recommend! Try them out
