Ed's Car Care Center

Very happy with my experience at Ed's Car Care Center. I had them do a full brake job on my Audi A4 S-Line and had them install new rotors and Akebono brake pads. I had great customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for car service/maintenance.

I have been to Ed's twice, and am impressed with their service and professionalism. Today, I had a 30k mile maintenance and inspection visit. They are great about tracking issues, and letting me know how soon various issues may need attending, and are always willing to quote a price for a service. It's a comfortable place to get auto services, and I feel confident in the quality of service.

Best service I have ever received. They diagnosed and called me with a quote for repairs. Amazingly it was less than I thought it would be. Polite, professional, and they came in on a Saturday to finish the repair! I’m glad I found Ed’s Car Car Center. I will definitely go back.

Ed's is definitely the place to go. They got my truck in fast , was honest about the repairs that needed done and got the work done quickly. The prices are great an I've found my new place to take my truck from now on. They have a professional, helpful,honest staff. Dont go anywhere else but Ed's car care.

I've been searching for a good mechanic in Fort Wayne for years and I think I finally found one. Chase kept me updated at every step of the way, letting me know what the concerns were and why they were concerns. He even provided some pricing on repairs before they went ahead and gave me time to think before giving the go ahead. Everyone there, from the front desk staff to the mechanics themselves, was friendly and personable. Best of all, my dashboard no longer lights up like a Christmas tree!
