My family and I are new residents here at the Tides on Randol East and the staff is Amazing and Welcoming. Not only is Ms. Liz doing a phenomenal job as the Property Manager, but she is also a compassionate individual. (Thank you, the apartment is Beautiful) Mr. Jesse, I am so appreciative for the swift response to the maintenance request for the A/C unit. You showed up within hours, not the next day, expressing your concerns, and fixing the unit. (Thank you)

I normally don't post reviews, but Jesse deserve 5 stars. Ive been waiting for weeks for simple repairs, (towel bar, light fixture issues, etc). I approach the maintenance worker Jesse and he fixed everything within 15 mins. Thanks Jesse!!

Just moved into Tides on Randol East apartment complex. New owners. My unit is a full remodel, everything is new from the floors, appliances including in unit washer and dryer, blinds and a fresh coat of paint. Staff has been very helpful with the move in process. Very fast response to help me gain access to a room so a new AT&T fiber cable could be installed for the internet. Very pleased to this point!
