It was a pleasure working with Brandon and his team. He was punctual, explained everything in detail and very responsive to any concerns I had. He did a before and after video of the roof and I was very pleased with the job. His team was on time and worked well. I would definitely recommend this company.

The team was extremely professional, and the service was top quality.

With many roofers, the moment they hear that the work will be out of pocket, they shut down ... I went through 2 companies who refused work because it wasn't insurance money. With Austin's, the rep came out and surveyed the roof/gutters, provided the quote...same day. I was also provided a realtime video of the roof walk before and after the project.

Once I gave the thumbs up, they mobilized a team and was out here the following week. The gutters were supposed to arrive at the end of this month, but once Brandon saw the new roof, he moved things around to make it happen 3 days later.

Austin and his crew did a fabulous job. He worked took care of all of the details with the insurance company and got me an excellent claim check. His workers were reliable, fast, professional and GOOD! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Austin was very detailed. He answered all questions without hesitation. He had his team come came out 24 hrs after I signed the paperwork. He followed up thoroughly. Very professional.

The owner Mr. Austin was professional. He came out within 24 hours of me contacting him to give me an estimate. We walked my home. He explained the why. He was able to use my neighbors on both sides to explain similarities and differences with gutters on different homes. Once the date was set his crew was at my home at 9am and done around 6. The shape of my roof meant I needed gutters on all sides. So it was a decent size job. They did a walk through with me when they were done to see if I had questions. I would recommend.
