My instructor, Latoya was fantastic. She was very professional, helpful, and kind. She made my experience a very good one, and found ways to keep the class entertaining and light, while still teaching!

La Toya was a great instructor! Very thorough and knew her material very well. I would recommend her class to anyone. Being a first responder (Firefighter/EMT) I can attest to the value of knowing First Aid/CPR/AED and how proper administration can definitely save a life.

Made my renewal about as painless as it can be. We met in a cozy pub that felt relaxed, and Latoya was awesome in the way she emphasized body mechanics and different physical abilities. She offered classes often enough that I was able to sign up in my last-minute-freak-out-because-I-forget situation, and the online sign up was straight forward. I don’t always learn something new at these things, but I can actually say I did with this instructor. Also AHA official, which is the only one that counts for work these days.
