No level of customer service could be any better than what Danielle provided to me and my girlfriend. She took all the time necessary to help us in every way she could and aided us in picking out the best glasses for myself. She was honest the entire time and helped me make the best decisions possible when it came to my new glasses. Throughout our entire experience she was amazing from start to finish and was incredibly nice and personal with us. She made the entire process easy and feel like we were getting glasses from a friend or a family member rather than someone trying to sell us something. I can not express how incredible she made our experience at visonworks. In the past I have always gotten glasses from sams club or Costco, but through the efforts of Danielle, visonworks has got a new customer for life!

Awesome experience, from making the appointment online to the lady’s at the front desk to the doctor to the lady that helped me select my new frames. It was all great and I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Will definitely be taking my whole family here!

Dr. Lad and Danielle were superb. I definitely recommend this Visionworks Location, due to their caring and efficient staff. Dr. Lad was extremely informative, kind, and did a terrific job…and Danielle was extremely personable and a joy. This will definitely be our new location for our eye care needs…as long as Dr. Lad and Danielle are present.

There will always be unhappy people with everywhere they go, no matter what. This place is ran great. Judy is a great and attentive GM, she will make sure you’re taken care of the minute you walk in and answer all your questions, plus the other ladies do just fine. The doctor gets the job done quick and so does his tech. I see not one thing wrong with this business, also my glasses were ready within 4 days. That’s an added bonus. Looking forward to going and snagging them today or tomorrow!
