I dont know what to say to the people who gave low starts or bad reviews. The problem must be with you. Cause I've never had a problem going here. Im 34. Me and my siblings all went here as children. And now I have 7 kids of my own that all go here. So I say keep up the great care you give theses kids. And to the parents who wrote bad reviews. Maybe you should check yourself and your attitude before you just write something negative.
I'm only giving 4 stars because I wish Emily at the front desk would be more polite and not have a attitude when being asked for documents for your child. The couple times I've asked for medical documents like a referral. She gives this stink attitude n always ends up not doing it correctly I keep having to go back smh. if u don't want to work there or with ppl just quit for God sakes. All this attitude even over the phone just making me as a parent feel uncomfortable to even call again to get the correct thing. I really like that it secluded and not crowded, Drs that I've seen so far are great but Emily at the front desk makes me very uncomfortable to deal with whenever I need any documents for my kids.
