AT&T Store

The store was busy but I was greeted promptly and helped after 5-6 minutes. Von was super friendly and helpful in helping me upgrade my phone. He suggested great accessories but I passed only because I already have what I need. I returned to the store later after backing up my phone and was helped by a kind young lady since Von was helping another customer. They both assisted with my phone trade in. Everyone at the store was nice and it was refreshing to have such great service!

Von was extremely cool. I came in the store with a complex issue after I tried to jump ship and go to T Mobile. Not only did Von convince me to stay with AT&T but he fixed (partly fixed) my issue. And the girl that was training allowed me to use her phone while the problem with my phone was being resolved. Sorry I forgot your name baby girl. But keep reppin Flint! And yourself you gonna be a 🌟. Anyways I got excellent customer service. And whenever I have an issue I'm going to drive all the way from Ft.Worth to this location.

Anthony was awesome. He not only helped me with my son's upgrade, but I watched him quietly and professionally work with another customer who was extremely agitated and loud. My son went back to the store the next day to get help with some of his apps. Again, Anthony impressed. He is a rock star. I also love the way the employees work together to help customers.

Von was wonderful and very helpful. I had zero wait time and he was very knowledgeable about how to get me the best deal. He helped me adjust my plan and got me signed up for a much better plan and save me over $100 a month! He also walked me through my phone upgrade options and helped me pick out something best suited for me. Thanks for being so awesome, Von!
