Kind people, great service, excellent value!!! The staff at this Jiffy Lube location went above and beyond to provide excellent service!! The first thing that stood out to me was how the staff really listened to my needs and budget. I went into quite stressed, but the staff really made me feel at ease. The staff clearly explained the issue and quickly resolved it all the while including me in the decision making process. The staff even took the extra time and effort to vacuum out my car and wipe down the windows, which really made my day! I was offered complimentary coffee while I waited. The whole experience was GREAT. I will be returning for all of my auto repair needs!
