I have already left a review for Magalys and the acupuncture and nutrition services I have received and this review is for my most recent visit to Michelle, the Massage Therapist.
I have had chronic muscles issues in my upper back and neck from years of playing golf and regular massages were not doing the trick; thus, I decided to try a Medical Massage by Michelle at the Acupuncture & Holistic Healing Center in Scotch Plains, NJ.
I am the type of person who does not use absolutes like "always" and "never": however, after receiving a medical massage from Michelle I will NEVER get a regular massage again for the rest of my life! The work Michelle did on my entire body was truly amazing!!! Michelle knows what she is doing, she figured out where the knots were in my body, including my problem areas (upper back and neck) and did not move from one area to the next until she got the knot(s) out.
The only thing I wished I would have done was schedule more than an hour.
I hope you give Michelle a try as if you do you will get a quality massage!
I cannot wait to schedule my next appointment with Michelle!!
