What a beautiful family owned business. From the beautiful lady who answers the phone down to when the two men knock on your was worth the call. I definitely referred alot of people and I will be getting the rest of my floors done.

Completely uneventful, as it should be. The easiest experience I've ever had with a contractor at my home. Scheduling took one phone call. The lovely lady that took my call answered on the third ring, didn't put me on hold, spoke PROPER English, gave an estimate and scheduled an appointment in less than 5 minutes. No second guessing, no double-talk, just honest straight forward pricing. (1803 sq ft of carpet for less than 3 hundred)

The day of my appointment two grown men showed up a few minutes early and were freaking smiling at me when I opened the door! (College age kids just don't have the work ethic anymore.) They're wearing matching shirts and hoodies and holding a metal clipboard with my printed estimate.

They didn't try upselling me, they didn't suck up to me or play any games, they just cleaned the carpet. Every piece of furniture that could possibly be moved was cleaned under and put back in its place. They even talked sweetly to my super shy rescue dog. It was obvious these guys had worked together a long time, they barely spoke a word to each other but worked in harmony like one finely tuned machine.

When it was all said and done, the carpets are clean, the original estimate is what I paid and I couldn't be happier. Call this company if you hate all the upselling and catch-22 coupons from national companies.

Best carpet cleaning I've ever gotten. Much better than a couple of the big companies I've dealt with in the past.

Being a family business, it's really comforting having the same crew work in my home each time. I recommend them to any and everyone who needs upholstery cleaned. They'll even clean car upholstery!
