Lost & Found MIAMI international Airport

I am from cleveland yesterday I lost my ID in the airport and officer M pierre luis spent more than hour look for my ID i was needed for my car rental and my hotel when she founded she was more happy than me she is the best helpful person i ever met thank you so much

Please note that when you Google paid sites come up first but Miami Airport does not charge unless you need them to FedEx your items once found. First you have to fill out the online form. Then they will contact you once they find your lost items. It was fast and easy. Kudos to their process.

I lost my iPhone at the Miami airport and figured in an airport that size with that many people it was gone forever. If you’ve ever lost your phone you know how upsetting and stressful it can be, but it’s even worse at the airport when you’ve gone thru immigration and can’t go back and look for it. Upon arriving home in CA hours later I was able to use an old phone to track the lost phone and luckily it will still at the airport. I marked it LOST, created a message and sent a sound to the phone. Within 5 minutes my daughter got a phone call from an airport worker who was taking it to Lost & Found. I followed the instructions and filled out the online form and very shortly after got an email that it was FOUND. I followed the simple prompts and within 30 minutes had a FedEx tracking number. I’m so grateful and wish I could personally thank those at Airport Lost & Found that helped me get my phone back. I really thought no one there would care and didn’t even think I’d get a response but these people really do their jobs. I left my iPad mini in TSA scan bin. Someone at TSA called me within 10min and I did not recognized the number and then jumped on my connecting flight. I wish I would have answered my phone and checked my voicemail but I didn't do either. I filed a claim went I got home and within 12 hours was having my iPad mini mailed. I felt that someone was VERY honest and found my iPad and sent it to lost and found. I am very happy with the service.
