I love taking my car here! From the time I make the appointment to the time I pick up my car! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Reggie is great to work with. I brought my car to them and they had a loaner ready for me! I love that you all are doing more with technology and I can approve work through a text and pay online as well! Keep up the great customer service!

Jacquelyn was an amazing sales person. She was very informative and did not pressure us whatsoever. Everyone was kind and helpful from the sales manager to the finance department. I was not looking forward to buying a car but we had a great experience.

Very professional, very friendly and easy to work with. Took great care of us and actually got us in and out fairly quickly. Was the most pleasant smooth experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Hope the service department is as awesome as the sales dept. Great experience overall!

Over the last 30 years my wife and I have owned more vehicles than I care to admit. This week we had my wife’s Infinity QX-30’s first service at Bob Moore Infinity. This was 100% the best vehicle Service experience I’ve ever had. The texts keeping me informed of the progress were great. Their waiting area, maintenance bays and entire facility was spot less. GREAT JOB Bob Moore Infinity.

Reggie went above and beyond on his customer service. He got my vehicle in and out in a timely matter which was much appreciated so that I was able to pick my kids up from school. He went over everything with me in detail and made sure my vehicle was washed and cleaned well. Last time I had my oil change my vehicle was not washed and they did not have my vehicle ready when they said. Reggie took care of me and I appreciate all he did in taking care of his customers.
