Shelly is just simply amazing.  She helped me and my siblings sell our Dad's condo here in RB. She was always available to lend a hand, and took it upon herself to help us find people to take care of odd jobs at the property.  Shelly is excellent as far as keeping you informed throughout the entire process and answering any and all questions. She represented both sides of our sale and made everyone feel comfortable and helped to keep the communication open and transparent between both parties.  I would recommend Shelly to my friends and family, and I have! Shelly recently helped me purchase my first home. She did such a great job educating me and supporting me throughout the entire process. She was always patient and pleasant when answering my continuous questions. I was extremely busy during this time but I knew she was keeping everything on track. Some potential roadblocks came up during the inspection process, and since we were dealing with out of state sellers, Shelly went above and beyond to make sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner. Shelly is a true professional - confident and knowledgeable about real estate and the market, but equally important, she is personable and respectful not only to her clients, but to all parties in the transaction. I recently purchased a new home, and If there were questions or concerns during the process, she responded in a timely manner and was always helpful. She is a hard worker and always on the ball - she is organized, and kept me up to date on everything. She helped with the loan, escrow office, HOA office, building inspector, handyman, insurance, etc. Her referrals - particularly the loan officer - were all excellent as well, and this is really important! Most importantly, she understood exactly what I was looking for in a home, and because of her expertise, I completely trusted her opinion on the home, the neighborhood, all aspects of making the offer, etc. Shelly is a lovely person, and my family and I were very fortunate to have her for our agent.
