I have been a patient of Dr. Koehler’s for over 20 years. Everything in my healthcare started with him. He and the staff have been proactive and professional throughout. I highly recommend this office.

I have been seeing Dr Koehler for many years now. He is a fantastic Dr and really cares. The front desk staff and the nurses, especially Peggy, are teriffic. The only problem is that the office manager Heather is rude and condescending and has not a caring bone in her body...but if that's all I have to deal with to continue to see Dr Koehler then I'll deal with it.

I saw Dr. Robin Walker yesterday. It was my first appointment at this facility. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. The nurse was very kind, but I don’t remember her name, the lady who took lab (Amanda?) was kind and efficient. I went in apologizing because nobody can ever get my veins, but she nailed it on the first try. The receptionists were nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was another patient who was getting rude about how long she had been waiting. (I was seen at the time I scheduled.) She was giving me anxiety. I wish they would have addressed that with her or asked her to reschedule. If my kids were with me I probably would have rescheduled because the waiting room environment felt hostile, you never know what people are capable of. But understandably, I don’t know what the receptionists could have done. Overall, my needs were addressed. I’ll definitely be back.
