I found Ron and Jos through an auction site and I'm glad I did. I got tied up at work and missed the auction. I gave them a call to see if the pistol was still available or if they had another and fortunate for me , they did. These guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They answered my calls and returned calls when I had left a message. Ron even seemed grateful and thanked me for for the business, unlike many other gun shops that act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Real customer service is still alive here. They even went out of their way to get my FFL's info as he was dragging his feet. The guys were very personable and knowledgeable when I had questions. I wish they were closer to me! They are a planned stop for me the next time I am in their area (O'Fallon, IL). I will definitely check with them next time I am in the market.

Truly customer service at its best. I went in to buy my first personal firearm and they were nothing but polite and courteous. I knew what I wanted and they did not try to upsell me or change my mind.
I have since had an issue with the firearm I purchased (no fault of the store, just a strange malfunction) and they did everything they could to solve my issue. They have assured I will have my firearm repaired for no charge. I will never buy from anyone else after the incredible customer service I have received at Ron and Jo’s.
