Been going here for about 5 months now and really cant recommend it enough. Perfect to get to squeeze in a high intensity workout before work. Been a member at different gyms over the years but 9rounds has been such an improvement. Of course the whole team at Cheam are great as well!

I have tried a few gyms & classes over the years, but have never found something that holds my interest...until I tried 9Round! The workouts are always changing and challenging, and the staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and supportive. Shorter, HIIT style workouts mean I can't use having no time as an excuse! Motivational emails and staff, and challenging interesting work outs keep me looking forward to my next visit!

Friendly staff and members, great for a 30 minute workout and encouraged all the way through to completion. The most enjoyable way to get fit and healthy and would highly recommend. If you're still not sure try their free trial and reap the rewards.
