The ROAM - FROGTOWN team has cultivated a community of strong, talented, badass human beings that motivate me to grow as a yogi every day. Not only has my practice gotten stronger, but my heart and my mind have gotten stronger. I have learned to use what I learn in class in my everyday life: I am calmer, more thoughtful, more patient, braver, and more aware of my impact on others. Not to mention, I finally have abs!
I love Ritual Hot Yoga! I was a bit intimidated my first time but the instructors were so sweet and helpful. Now I can't get enough. I even purchase classes outside of my ClassPass offering because 3 times a month isn't enough for me! It's such a great work out and leaves you feeling rejuvenated for days.
I absolutely LOVE this studio. Its spa-like atmosphere and breathe to the beat flow is heavenly. The complimentary mat, towels and water are a plus. I am sad I did not try this studio sooner because it is a bit far from my home. I signed up for the new student exclusive and am super excited for the new location!
