Cooked on the spot. I went with the chefs recommendation and it did not disappoint. The California Burrito was spot on. Lots of meat which I know other places seem to short you on when you order to go. I highly recommend trying this out. Also, he has many varieties of salsas some not for the faint of heart. Can you say Carolina Reaper! Yum!

The breakfast burrito w bacon is legit my favorite here in Austin. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It's all so yummy. If you're thinking about hitting up this taco truck, do yourself a favor and go!! You won't be disappointed.

Nice food trailer which is so iconic now in towns all around. For about $3, get a soft Taco stuffed so full of beef or chicken plus cheese and Pico. Two is a big meal. Move over, Torchy's Tacos - this place may not have as many menu options, but their flavor and charm has you beat.
