I had the pleasure of meeting Laura Walsh when I contacted her for nutrition counseling. My cholesterol number was high and I needed to learn how to eat healthier. With Laura's program, I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Laura showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier foods into my diet. Her professionalism and dedication to me as her client was amazing.

I am very grateful for this life changing transition, I went from not knowing what to do, how to do it and just giving up on myself.
