Excellent lawyer, He got my case dismissed with hard work, when other attorney was pushing me to accept a plea deal. State offered me 2 different plea deals and everyone including the Judge said it was a great offer. Mr. Schwartzstein took the time to meet, discuss, and strategize the case, he hired experts to counter the States evidence. He took the defense evidence to the County Attorney and convinced him to withdraw the case. This is a HUGE deal to get the CA to withdraw a case. Short and simple: Mr. Schwatzstein can get your case dismissed if you were falsely accused and charged, He can get you the best deal if you did something that you should not have done. A great lawyer is the key to going to jail or going home.
