I absolutely love this practice! They are so welcoming and kind, making me feel like i can absolutely trust them and open up to them about anything. Dr. Balzano is truly a gem of a doctor and I couldn’t be happier to have found them as my PCP

This office is phenomenal! Never have I been able to make an appointment somewhere, and actually get to see my health care provider at the set time. Everyone in the office was polite and friendly, not to mention extremely professional and efficient. I saw Dr. Balzano, and I hope she never stops seeing patients, as I never want to see another provider again! This office, and Dr. Balzano, offered the best care I have ever received and I would strongly encourage everyone to make an appointment!

They made me feel like I was important, and they were genuinely concerned with taking the best possible care of me. That doesn't always happen in doctor's offices. Great staff all around. I particularly like this provider because the atmosphere is calm and intimate. It's not a big-machine medical practice which can leave one feeling like "just a number."

Dr. Dina is also very compassionate, which is rare and special in this field. I have no intentions of going elsewhere for my future medical needs.

I’m leaving Fusion Medical Care 5 stars; however, I would give them 1000 stars if google had the option! First of all, I love the location right at McDonald Rd and Granite Reef Rd. It’s so convenient for me. From beginning to end, my experience was top notch! The facility itself is beautiful. Ella makes the administrative part of the appointment a breeze. She was very friendly & upbeat and was able to find me an appointment that fit right into my schedule. My treating Doctor was Dr. Dina Balzano. She was amazing! I was impressed with her gentle & caring bedside manner. She was very thorough and really listened to what I had to say and she even followed up a few days later to check on me. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so great. I HIGHLY recommend Fusion Medical Care.
