Our first time buying school uniforms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was in stock too which was very convenient.
Update a couple months after our initial purchase: When he came out of the dressing room, my teenage son insisted the pants he had tried on fit him just fine. But when he wore them to school the first time and I saw them for the first time, they were a pretty tight. I took all of the pants and shorts back in to Ivy School Uniforms and exchanged them (I had the receipt) and they were extremely understanding and very helpful. I'm very glad that I purchased his uniforms from a local shop so I could quickly and easily exchange things in person.

I never thought I would ever have to pull my child out of the uniform store, but I definitely did! Staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I purchased in store and bought online with a follow up phone conversation, and both were equally pleasant. I'd highly recommend.

Mindy is kind and helpful! I work for a family and have gone in a couple of times before to stock up on uniforms. Mindy remembered me. She knows her sizes well and helps me figure out what size will/won’t work.
