My boyfriend and I are first time homebuyers and boy were we nervous. Bill and his team were PHENOMENAL. Extremely professional and super responsive. We one time saw a home on late Saturday night that we wanted to see the next day and they were able to get us in to a private showing on Saturday. He gives excellent advice (I worked will Bill as my Buyer's Agent). Especially in this hard market. He consistently reassures you to do only what you're comfortable with and doesn't push you like other agents. We successfully got our offer accepted on a home and Bill and his team have been great with guiding us through the process. I highly recommend Bill and his team to anyone buying a home!

Bill and his team were great. They did not just do the bare minimum and call it a day. Whenever I had a question, Bill or a member from his team were always ready to respond. I am a new home buyer so this was a new and scary experience. Bill and his team immediately diminished those fears with their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and kind hearted attitudes. Bill always took the time to explain in clear and concise detail of any question/ concern I had.
