Jack was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and gave (by far) the best experience I’ve ever had while shopping for crystals and rocks. His collection was way bigger than I had expected and the quality was amazing. I will only be shopping with him from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What an absolutely fantastic shop and experience. Jack was a delight. He is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He took a ton of time with us as we perused the rocks and gems, telling us about each one, what to look for in them, where they are from, interesting attributes. It was fascinating and so fun. We left with some seriously gorgeous pieces, and a ton of information. It was relaxed, so low key and zero pressure. Just lots of information and beautiful stones. I highly recommend setting an appointment if you are into rocks even in the slightest! It's like going to a fabulous museum and getting to touch and buy all the things!

I visited Kathi’s Krystals about a couple of months ago during my vacation in Colorado. This hidden gem is an incredible stop that you won’t want to miss! The collection and variety here is truly amazing to see. Not only that, but Jack (one of the owners) was extremely kind, knowledgable, and patient. He really took the time to answer any and all questions we had and also took the time to show us other pieces that were of interest/cool. This was such a fun experience and the prices are also really reasonable. Again, I can’t speak highly enough of the collection and customer service. I felt so welcome in this space! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Colorado! Bonus: ask to see their dog’s show, it will put the cherry on top of your visit.

I came here yesterday with my friend and we LOVE this crystal shop!! Jack was very knowledgeable of all his stones, and very helpful! This is the BEST crystal shop I have ever been to, and will remember this experience forever. This place was one of my favorite parts of visiting Colorado. This is some of the best customer service I have ever received along with quality products for the right price. Definitely come to this shop!!

I want to edit this three years later and say Jack still has the best selection around. Such a nice guy. He has so many minerals and is increadibly passionate.
