Cliff went above and beyond to help us identify an issue with our main sewer line. He was thorough and explained things well. He worked rapidly to get a solution identified. Even though the work had to be done by another group, Cliff was still willing to answer questions during the repair to make sure I knew what questions to ask. If I have issues in the future, I will call Roto-Rooter.

Had en emergency backup situation on a Sunday morning. The service was timely. They communicated well and their service Tech, Val, was extremely professional and pleasant and informative throughout the entire process. Felt like I got lucky with Val as our service tech. Afterwards, that same day, they sent another technician with a scope camera and inspected our drain lines for any further damage or repairs! Very helpful and excellent services. Thank you!

Entire crew was very responsive. Miguel was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done. No high-pressure sales pitch, just good quality information. So far, the process has been great!

Clean park. Safe, soft ground. Some shaded areas to sit. Neat pirate ship inside of park. Fenced area. Sheriff station close by.
