My partner was able to make my engagement ring here and with sustainable materials. They were super helpful through the whole process.

They even helped trouble shoot when I developed an allergy to a metal. They allowed me to borrow different types of metal jewelry to isolate the allergy and trouble shoot.

They clean my ring for free and have been super kind. They are funny and nice to talk with. I highly recommend buying all the things here and at least stopping there first because they are flexible and will go the extra mile.

these guys went out of their way to help me. we have black hills gold rings and one of the pink leaves fell off. they made a new one and you can't tell the difference. my husband broke his ring doing construction and they put it back together and re enameled it. looks like new. they were kind, personable, and generous with their time. they kept me informed and best of all, didn't charge me an arm and leg. I will use them again

Had to have a movement swapped in a new watch that was defective. The people at the shop were helpful, friendly and made me feel like a welcomed customer. The level of customer service at this shop is rare in this day and age. I will not go anywhere else for my repairs.

Brought my wife's 1920s engagement ring here to be repaired. It had to be cut off when she had been pregnant. Not only did they charge a great price for the work, they went the extra mile. They double checked and fixed one of the points, they matched the white gold perfectly, and they cleaned and polished it to the point of looking like a brand new ring. Incredible work and incredible customer service!!

My first visit and it was great! Had a problem getting a watch battery replaced. Two other stores including the one I bought the watch at couldn’t get the back off the watch case. I was referred by a friend to The Jewelers, and Dave the owner had me taken care of within 5 minutes! Great staff, quick service and reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be back!
