Thanks Kevin you were fantastic to deal with! I highly recommend Onaway. Kevin resolved a couple of issues on my RV that was being rented out. I'm in CA and the RV was in FL. He coordinated directly with the renter, provided excellent service, and kept me in the loop with pictures and updates the whole time. He made a very messy experience much simpler.

We were passing through town in our RV when we noticed our refrigerator was not working, stocked with food for a camping trip. We looked online for someone to help us with this appliance problem in our motorhome and found Onaway. We called and even though they were fully booked for days, Kevin took the time to troubleshoot our problem with us. He was so knowledgeable and with his help, we figured out the problem and were able to solve it. I see why he would be a busy guy! We would like to sincerely thank him for caring and providing great customer service. I would highly recommend Kevin at Onaway for expertise in RV maintenance. We just got this RV and come to this area often so am sure we will meet in person one day soon. THANK YOU!!!
