The story: we called Alex because I locked myself out of my house (don’t ask…) and he responded in 2 minutes. He told me what his car would look like and gave me a card as soon as he drove up. He was very respectful of the situation (that I was alone with my son) and he made me feel safe.
We liked him so much that we had him back the next week to change every lock on our house. Highly recommended!
