If you're looking to get skilled in the arts or Boxing or kickboxing, come check out coach Rudy "Gunny" Gonzalez. He's an amazing coach with affordable prices! He's very professional and his establishment is very clean and family friendly, so men, women and children are all welcome to come mix it up! 🙏🏾

Empire Boxing 🥊 is an amazing place. Coach Rudy is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I started with just boxing, then a few months later we stepped it up and joined the kickboxing classes too. WOW, what a workout! Thanks coach Rudy for changing our lives for the better.

If you are looking for a boxing gym that would teach technique and still get a great workout in, come check out Empire Boxing. The coaching staff is great, the members are great and its a friendly environment as well.

If you want to get into shape and learn proper technique in boxing and muay thai this is a great place to train! The atmosphere is friendly and everyone helps each other out. All skill levels are accommodated which is important when you’re first starting out!
