VetIQ Petcare

So this is actually very convenient I was unable to get my new kitten into my vet for multiple weeks and she needed to be seen. So I was told about vetiq. I like that I'm able to walk in without an appointment. However with also doing that you can end up sitting in the parking lot for a long time because lots of people can be there at the same time as you. And right now during the pandemic nobody is allowed in so you have to call and leave a message on their answering machine. So then you're not even totally sure if you're getting through or not. The care that my animals got though for just their annual checkup was really great and I like that I saw all the prices up front. And the vet tech and the vet were very nice and friendly.

I can't fault them for the confusing check-in procedure or instructions over the phone (was told that if I showed up before 10am I'd like be 1st in line (which I was anyway) and I should use the directions on the door to check-in). There were no directions on the outside of the building door, so I thought the entry was inside Walmart. So when inside, I happened across the vet entering there. He told me the entry was on the outside. Fair enough.

They took my 10 week old kitten beck for her initial screening. The vet came out to discuss a few things, and ask about where we got her. Together we decided on a couple of other tests and treatments.

There was no pressure to do any crazy expensive tests. And no yowling from the kitten during the blood draw or vaccination. They said she was a joy to work with.

I would most certainly recommend VetIQ to everyone, EXCEPT that I don't want anyone else to know what I discovered ! ☺

I started coming here as a fast and convenient way to get affordable vaccinations for my dog. I’m in love! The staff is great and you literally can just pull up. No long waits for vetco and appointments pushed out so far you forget. This is just about the easiest and simplest process I’ve seen yet.

I brought my dogs here when I couldn't get in with our usual vet after a raccoon encounter. I barely had to wait to be seen, the staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the prices for services are fair. Overall a very pleasant experience, and the pups and I will be returning in the future!
