Comet Greensboro Apartments

I have been living at Comet for about 3 months and the unit, staff, and amenities have exceeded my expectations. I genuinely feel like I live at a resort. The leasing staff is as incredible as the maintence staff (Amanda and Greg get special shout outs for being amazing!) I found this place unexpectedly and could not be more happy that I did. My unit is BRAND new and amazing, the maintence staff responds in minutes, and the pool is always a great time! Parking is never a problem and the staff is constantly friendly. I love the parcel pending system, the beer on tap, and the overall community. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but after maintence showed up quickly at my door last night when our air conditioning wasn’t working, I knew I had to post immediately. As someone who moved from a very unfortunate apartment complex, I could not recommend Comet more. So glad to be a resident and will genuinely miss this place when I have to move.

Very happy with our new home. The staff is great and polite. We had a issue due to new construction, but Diana was very helpful to work it out for us. Apartment is spacious and modern, with great amenities.

I’ve been living here since February and I love it. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance responds to calls quickly. Very peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Been living here for over a month. I toured nearly 10 apartments in one weekend as I was moving here from out of state. Taylor the leasing consultant was so easy to talk with and ask questions. It was an easy leasing and move in process, and I'm glad I chose this complex.

Diana and Amanda in the office are amazing at answering my questions. I had a very minor maintenance issue upon move in (chipped wood on trim from construction) and Greg from maintenance patched it and is very friendly; he always says hi if he sees you around the grounds. So far I have quiet neighbors and it is nice to live in a new build. I love that I don't have to carry keys - it is electronic locks. I can't wait to enjoy the pool area as it gets nicer out!
