Danielle is an incredible real estate broker. When I was just "testing the Phoenix waters" for a second home, I contacted Danielle. I was living in Seattle and needed someone who could be available for house-hunting for two-day-long house searching trips. Danielle provided me with valuable information about home builders, areas of the city to consider, etc. When I got to town, we'd spend two entire days looking at homes from Cave Creek to Sun Lakes and from Goodyear to Scottsdale. We did this for several trips before I finally found my dream home. She never made me feel I was wasting her time even though I never committed to even buying a place for a couple of years. When I did find a place, Danielle contacted the home builder to get information about the lot I wanted to purchase. When she didn't get call backs, she told me she would go to the home builders office and wouldn't leave until she could get the answers to all my questions...and I had a lot of them. Danielle was with me every step of the way (house hunting, negotiating, escrow signing and she even attended my design center appointment which is way above and beyond what any real estate agent has ever done for me). She was tenacious and handled all the details that lead to me finally signing the dotted line, literally. The homebuilder representative told me one day "You know you really got a knowledgeable agent in Danielle. She really knows her stuff. I don't see that often." I could go on and on. But let me just say this: Sometimes, the universe just gives you the best gift you didn't know you needed....and that would be Danielle. Take that gift. You'll thank me later.

Knowledge is power, being our first time buying a house. There was ample things that Danielle brought to our attention physically and financially ex. A closed in patio not built with the proper footing would have cost of tens thousands to repair and she saved us that with her experience and mild manner esk. The absolute best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have purchased a lot of real estate and to be honest I find most realtors to be interchangeable and without any value-add.
