Repaired both of my shoulders 8 years ago including labrum, rotator cuff and biceps tendon. No shoulder instability since and still have a good range of motion. Best doctor I have been to, no nonsense and always available to talk to at every appointment. I never felt rushed, he always gave full attention and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for Dr. Bailie! I just completed by second back to back surgery with Dr. Bailie for severely torn meniscus tears in both my knees. After two plus years of going from doctor to doctor including specialists and surgeons, all who’ve misdiagnosed due to a lack of thorough testing and improper treatment plans- furthering the damage in my knees. As a result, I am left with non-repairable knees, with knee replacements on the horizon. I’ve never been an athlete and always have had positively functional, pain-free knees prior. Due to such prior unprofessionalism, before seeing Dr. Bailie, hence I am left in an unfathomable situation. Thankfully I learned about Dr. Bailie and his stellar reputation. He is truly an EXPERT in his field. Beyond his outstanding professionalism, he takes great care and concern in the medical situations and outcomes of his patients. Dr. Bailie’s attention to detail and regard for his work, is exemplified through his highly competent and supportive staff- who aim to make a difficult situation as positive and reassuring as possible. This team also deserves much praise! Dr. Bailie and his staff have quickly become included with the most important people in my life, and for having to be in this situation, I am beyond grateful!

I had Dr. Bailie replace my shoulder almost 10 years ago (Copeland procedure) and it was the best decision I made. I live in Houston, but made the decision to travel to Phoenix because of the number of Copeland procedures he had completed at the time (even more now). I now need my other shoulder replaced (heavy weight lifting in my younger years trashed both) and I am going back to him to make sure it is done right. The shoulder he replaced 10 years ago works great and has been problem free. Thanks Dr. Bailie!
