Malinda was so helpful in getting information that allowed me to get the rates I was hoping and she was very personable and caring to me and my wife’s situation (she’s pregnant) and even the multi-car discount that lowered our rates was a great surprise. Thanks 🙏🏽 so much!

Moved back to Maryland in December and began looking for a State Farm agent as I have been with them for so long. I first tried the agent I had when I lived here before, poor service, hard to reach anyone and when I finally got a quote, the woman couldn't answer my questions. I then called at least three other agencies, each of which I got NO response from. I called Alex's office and was so pleased that I actually had someone in the office answer my call each time I called, return my calls when promised and answered my questions, I chose Alexander Yuille's agency. Outstanding customer service and I know they truly cared about my needs. Alex's philosophy mirrors my own, take good care of your people and provide not just good customer service, but take time to know your clients and what their needs are. Helping people is what he and his team is all about and I am proud to say I am now a part of his team!
