Had a great experience with Rob and the whole team. They were upfront, reasonable, helpful and knowledgeable. They really went the extra mile working with our family, their whole team did. It is unusual to have to work through an intermediary but they were accommodating and understood that we couldn't be there until it was time to start signing things. If you work with them I'm sure they'll work with you

If you EVER go to Jay Honda of Bedford. Go to VAL, he got my in EXACTLY what I wanted, better. He’s super funny and he did not push me into something I did not want. I will never go to another dealership because of him. When you go to Jay Honda of Bedford, it wouldn’t be right if you didn’t have VAL to assist you.

Sandy Taylor is the best service advisor!! She is always honest and straightforward and treats you as if you’re longtime family. I am not a car guru, and rely on her to tell me what needs to be done. My car is always ready when she promised and drives like it’s brand new when I leave the dealer. What more needs said?
